„Echoes / Shadows“ is a sound art piece, initially conceived as a sound installation in 2019 during the Istanbul Biennial. It features soprano/alto/tenor/bass voices complemented by electronic elements. The vocalists exclusively sing the words ‚for you and me.‘ This stirring composition intertwines a tapestry of harmonious voices and electronic sounds to delve into the themes of unity, togetherness, and the binding power of music in human lives.
The music serves as a poignant reminder that our strength is magnified when we unite and harness the collective potential of music to foster positive transformation within ourselves and in the world at large. It venerates the notion that through unity and collaborative endeavours, we can forge a more harmonious and all-encompassing world.
